Dr. Scott McHugh

Dr. McHugh earned his Ph.D. from Penn State University in Communication and an M.S. in Public Relations from Colorado State.  He worked in radio as producer, reporter, and engineer for Sports Radio WIP in Philadelphia, and is the General Manager of WKNJ 90.3 FM.  Dr. McHugh has been the media consultant and project producer on several educational grants and teaches the advanced digital editing workshops.
